Backpack: Re-KYC facial verification

Backpack rolled out a mandatory re-KYC requirement for participants who want to claim points drop rewards.

All participants must complete a face-scan re-verification; those who fail the procedure will be disqualified from the drop (the message says they will be 'shaved').

The team reported processing delays on Sumsub. If you see a TGE Verified badge on an exchange despite slow processing, that indicates your verification passed.
