City: Points and role boosts

City launches a Points Program for creators and communities.

Participants can earn +10 for creating a video, +20 for sharing a video, +1 per like, +2 per comment, and +10 for inviting a friend (friend must create at least 1 video).

Role boosts: City Passport holders get +30 points instantly and +20% bonus on every video. Creator / Project IPs receive an additional +20% bonus on all points.

Season boost: January grants +20% points on all videos.
