DAC Q-CHIP: Free Q-CHIP claim access

DAC Q-CHIP is live.

The project offers a free claim of the Q-CHIP which grants early testnet access, reward multipliers, and bonus QE.

Claim flow (via waitlist): visit the official waitlist page, authenticate through X and complete the on-page claim flow which includes sharing on X. The waitlist URL is provided in links.
