DAC: Testnet and Mainnet Roadmap

DAC is building a quantum-resilient chain and has published a roadmap outlining current metrics and upcoming milestones.

Current progress includes 130K Q-Chip holders, 36K Keycard holders, active QE rewards, an on-chain leaderboard position, an airdrop allocation, and an indicated early advantage for existing holders.

Planned next steps are a testnet launch, followed by a mainnet launch, and a subsequent token listing. These milestones move the project toward public network launch and market availability.
