Doma: Subdomain claim for points

Doma allows users to claim a subdomain on the project page to earn additional points.

The claim is tracked via a Galxe quest and the deadline to complete the claim and receive the extra points is February 10. Users aiming to boost their points or tier should perform the claim before the deadline.
