Fairground: XP system details

Fairground has explained how its XP system works for the program.

XP is counted every 24 hours.

Each epoch shares a 10,000 XP pool.

The XP and leaderboard refresh daily at 7 PM UTC.

The message also states that rewards are not guaranteed for participants.
