FORGE: Public testnet launch

FORGE has officially launched its public testnet.

The project is a lending protocol built for the Bittensor ecosystem.

Participants can use a fresh EVM wallet, claim testnet TAO from the faucet, bridge TAO to the EVM Bittensor testnet, claim the EVM faucet, convert TAO into wsTAO, and test the Market section.

The testnet includes Supply and Borrow functions, and users are encouraged to submit feedback through Discord.
