Friend.tech: Machi pushes a relaunch bid

Machi bought 11M FRIEND for $16.7M, after those tokens had recently been worth about $500K.

He then proposed $1M to buy and relaunch Friend.tech.

Five days before that, he transferred all 11M tokens to a new wallet 0x3205, and the token later moved sharply higher in a short period.
