Incentiv: Referral reward tiers

Incentiv announced a perpetual multi-level referral rewards program.

Referral reward tiers are L1: 20%, L2: 7.5%, and L3: 2.5%.

Users create and copy their referral link through the Incentiv Portal to invite friends; referrals generate XP rewards automatically for the referrer. A portal login link was provided in the original message.
