Layer3: 12-month stakes unlock tomorrow

Layer3 confirms that users who staked for 12 months will be able to unstake starting tomorrow.

Stakers should verify their unlock status on the staking dashboard (https://app.layer3.xyz/staking). The dashboard displays which positions are eligible to unlock and provides the interface to complete unstaking once available.

This update applies specifically to positions with a 12-month lock period.
