MetaMask: Spins out from Consensys

“in 2027”MetaMask is officially separating from Consensys.
Joe Lubin will become the CEO of the standalone company.
Lubin said the split is driven by MetaMask's faster growth compared with the rest of Consensys.
He also said an IPO may happen in 2027.
