Mey Network: Certificate claim and roles

Mey Network launched its Certificate Claim in the #mey-certificate Discord channel.

Certificates are issued in random tiers (A, B, C). Each tier grants Units that unlock features and access across MEY, with higher tiers yielding higher rewards.

Completing tasks and sharing the certificate on X unlocks a community role and additional access.
