MonacoTrading: Public testnet goes live

MonacoTrading is a perpetuals project incubated by the Sei blockchain, with Sei also supporting it publicly.

The team has launched a public testnet.

There are no announced testnet rewards yet, and the testnet leaderboard is currently inactive. However, retroactive points may be distributed later.
