Paradex: XP drop schedule change

Paradex issued a Season 3 XP schedule update.

The first Season 3 XP drop was moved to Wednesday, February 18.

The rewards activity window for that drop covers February 1 (00:00 UTC) through February 17 (00:00 UTC).

Going forward, XP drops will occur every Wednesday, making XP distributions a weekly cadence for the season.
