Perena: Token claim options and allocation

Perena is an infrastructure DeFi project on Solana focused on a new standard for storing and using stablecoins.

The team announced the end of points farming: Season 1 is the final season and there will be no further seasons for points farming. The project confirmed the upcoming launch of a reward-token (explicitly not a governance token).

Accumulated Petals, badges, referrals and community contributions will be converted into allocations through special campaigns rather than a traditional airdrop. All rewards already earned in Season 1 and prior seasons will remain with users.

A claim window will appear soon on the official site, offering choices to claim tokens with or without vesting; different options will be available for different user categories. Going forward, the team plans to run only temporary campaigns and a new loyalty system tied to real product usage instead of continuous points farming.

The team also mentioned users should expect a checker and details about the exact TGE date in a future update.
