Perle: Snapshot completed, registration coming

Perle update: farming has finished earlier than expected and a snapshot has been taken.

The token PRL appears on the Coinbase roadmap, and a Register domain has been created. Registration for the airdrop is expected to open soon.

Participants should monitor registration launch windows; the snapshot will determine eligibility for the forthcoming drop.
