Rails Play has opened refund claims for evaluation buyers.

Claimants should check their email for an individual claim link. The email contains the submission form and confirmation steps.

How to claim: Open the emailed claim link. Submit your address in the form. Confirm the submission to complete the claim.

Important: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after confirmation.
