Startale: Points System Rebalanced

Startale is changing its points distribution starting July 3.

10 GM will now give 10 points instead of 1. Liquidity rewards will be much lower, but emissions start from day one at 0.0025 STAR per $1 in the pool. Monthly task rewards are expected to be 100-150 points.
