Tempo: Early network bridging activity

Tempo is showing early network activity.

Users are bridging funds into the chain using Relay, Stargate, and Bungee, with several instances of USDC being bridged to Tempo. Multiple smart contracts have been deployed on the network, indicating exploratory developer and user activity.

There is no governance token yet and no testnet rewards available. Overall the ecosystem is still early, with on-chain activity limited to basic bridging and contract deployment for now.
