Gitcoin Passport is a decentralized identity and proof‑of‑personhood system that aggregates verifiable “stamps” and a model-based score to defend against Sybil attacks across grants, airdrops, and dApps. Built by Gitcoin, it helps apps verify unique humans via on- and offchain attestations and privacy-preserving methods. In February 2025 it was acquired by Holonym Foundation and rebranded as Human Passport within the human.tech suite. It remains widely integrated across Web3 for Sybil resistance and reputation.
