Perena is a Solana-based stablecoin infrastructure project building a unified liquidity layer and a yield-bearing digital dollar called USD* alongside Numéraire, an AMM optimized for stablecoin swaps. It aims to reduce fragmented liquidity and capital inefficiency by aggregating major stablecoins and integrating with DeFi protocols. The team raised about $3M in a pre-seed round led by Borderless Capital with participation from Binance Labs and others.

Perena (Solana DeFi) ended its points-farming seasons with Season 1 confirmed as the last and announced preparations for a TGE.

The team confirmed a reward-token (not governance). Petals, badges, referrals and community contributions will convert into allocations via special campaigns rather than a classic airdrop. A claim window on the official site will allow claiming with or without vesting; earned rewards remain.

Perena confirmed a native Perena token and announced Season 1 as the final, foundational rewards phase tied to USD* and Numéraire. Season 1 participants will receive token allocations; individual reward sizes will be determined by Petals earned, Badge multipliers, Referrals, and Community contributions, signaling a points-style distribution for early contributors.

Perena Season 1 has officially ended and a snapshot has been taken to establish rewards eligibility. All participants can view their tier and contribution details on the rewards page, where distribution information, claim windows and timelines will be posted. Please review your dashboard for any discrepancies before distribution; the team thanks everyone who participated in Season 1.

Perena provides a progress update, reporting the project has reached 90% completion for its current milestone. This suggests the team is nearing finalization of this phase, with remaining work focused on final checks and readiness tasks. No timeline or additional details were shared, but further announcements are likely as the effort moves from 90% toward completion.
