GenLayer: Points campaign on Rally

GenLayer has launched its first Points campaign on Rally.
The campaign includes a 100,000 GLP reward pool and represents 1% of total GenLayer Points.
Previous GenLayer activity also counts toward the campaign, making it relevant for users who have already interacted with the project.
