GenLayer has introduced a new Points update in its ecosystem. Users who have been active are advised to check their Portal account to see whether points are available to claim.

GenLayer says Season 1 is heading into another conversion at 11:59 PM UTC. At conversion, Builder Points and Community Points will become GLP, and the entire leaderboard will move with the conversion.

GenLayer says Season 2 is coming and reminds users to check their current GLP allocation before it starts. Users are also prompted to claim available points and stay active, with the current claim deadline set for August 31, 2026.

GenLayer has launched a new contribution task in its points system worth 50 points. The task requires users to connect GitHub, visit Builders > Contributions, and star the specified GitHub repository to mark it complete.

GenLayer has launched a RallyOnChain campaign. Participants can join the campaign and complete available tasks, with new missions and updates expected over time.

GenLayer is a decentralized AI network that adds AI functionality to blockchain smart contracts. The project has raised $7.5 million from tier 2–3 funds, and users can currently interact with its platform for activity.

GenLayer is still open for new users, and participants can start from scratch to join the campaign. The program includes community quests, X tasks, Discord tasks, and a 1,000-point claim for completing the available actions.
