GenLayer: 10% fee share model

GenLayer introduces a new earning model for app builders.

Builders create apps; when users interact, fees are generated and distributed automatically to participants. The model includes a 10% fee share, additional inflation rewards, and no manual claim required — rewards are credited automatically.

Participation uses role selection: Builder, Validator, or Community. To join the program users create an account via the onboarding link provided by the project.
